1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition it was delivered.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or collection.

Only standard, non-customised units are eligible for return. Modified, custom-built, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item was delivered in error or is faulty.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch or delivery by written request.

If work has already commenced on a customised order, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be issued.

Orders cancelled after dispatch or delivery may incur collection and restocking charges.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

Arrange a repair, depending on the nature of the issue
Please include photographic evidence when reporting any damage.
7. Hire Equipment Returns

All hire items must be returned at the end of the hire period in clean, usable condition.

Charges will apply for any damage, excessive wear, or late returns.

Any non-returned items will be invoiced in full as per the hire agreement.
